If you take into account that Hamilton was much faster in all 3 sectors on split individual times before and after posting his best lap of the day, he should probablya be in the mid 18's. He was even on a faster lap immediately after posting the fastest of the week but backed off on the last corners of the final sector of that lap! There's much performance unlocked over these past 3 days of testing for Mercedes. This wasn't a shakedown for them but testing, prim and proper.25-02-2022 19:35
